Institute for In Vitro Sciences is Hiring a Laboratory Technician (Contractor) Near Gaithersburg, MD
The Institute for In Vitro Sciences (IIVS) is seeking a benchtop laboratory technician to work with 3-dimensional tissue constructs on a large database construction project. The individuals will work in the lab dosing 3D skin construct systems with a variety of substances and collecting data intended to identify hazardous substances. Training will be provided, but a general knowledge of basic laboratory and aseptic techniques is preferable. The project will begin in June 2024 and is expected to last through May 2025. The schedule will most likely be 3 days a week, 20 hours or less per week.
